HMO (Health Maintenance Organization): Requires you to see a specific dentist. HMO is basic coverage — if you seek high-quality care on non-covered services, we are here to help.

Indemnity Plans: Traditional insurance that allows you to see any dentist with reimbursement based on a fee schedule.
